Learn With Chris (the “Driving School”) provides driving tuition services. By booking or attending lessons, you agree to the following terms.
Payment
Lessons are payable in advance (on the Friday before the next lesson).
Booking of Lessons
Lessons are normally scheduled at the end of the previous lesson.
Use of Chris’ Car for Driving Tests
Chris’ car is only available for use on a driving test where you meet the DVSA “Ready To Pass” standard. Please refer to: https://readytopass.campaign.gov.uk/check-you-are-ready-to-pass/
“Get Your Hours In” Sessions
“Get Your Hours In” does not include a driving test and does not guarantee that you are test-ready. It is intended to help you complete a bulk of driving hours within a shorter period of time. You must meet the DVSA “Ready To Pass” standard to use Chris’ car for a driving test. Please refer to: https://readytopass.campaign.gov.uk/check-you-are-ready-to-pass/
